My name is Riccardo Rocca (born in 1998) and I am originally from Rome.
For 4 years I have been living permanently in Rimini but since I was a child in the summer I have always come to this city because my grandparents live there.
I attended and graduated from the hotel institute because since I was a child my passion has always been cooking and cooking and I therefore decided to make my passion my job.
As soon as I graduated I worked for 3 years at the Grand Hotel in Rimini.
During the forced stop for Covid I matured the decision and the desire to open my own business and as soon as the opportunity arose I transformed my desire into reality by opening ZONA GUSTO, a gastronomy with express foods of traditional Italian cuisine and specialties of Roman cuisine.
I prepare "express" dishes cooked at the moment therefore always fresh and hot, using raw materials and high quality ingredients.
